By accessing and using AI Mode Hub's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

AI Mode Hub provides AI-powered search optimization services, including but not limited to:

• Content analysis and optimization recommendations
• AI Mode citation tracking and monitoring
• Keyword research and strategy development
• Schema markup and structured data optimization
• Performance analytics and reporting

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

For paid services, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account. Payment terms include:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

All content, features, and functionality of our service are owned by AI Mode Hub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without written permission

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Mode Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be discontinued
• We may delete your account and data
• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
